Born out of Australia - Original Birth Certificate and Valid (non Australian) Passport

Divorced -  Original Birth Certificate and Certificate of Divorce/Decree Absolute

Out of Australia - Original Birth Certificate and Valid (non Australian) Passport and Certificate of Divorce

Widow/Widower - Original Birth Certificate  and Valid (Non Australian) Passport and Death Certificate
